Not To Scale appoints Pippa Hall as Marketing Director

Film and animation production company Not To Scale has appointed Pippa Hall as Marketing Director. Based out of their London HQ, Pippa will be responsible for continuing to build our networks across the studios and will lead on commercial pitches.

With 20 years’ experience in the creative industries, Pippa brings an exciting and diverse range of practical knowledge and creative insight to the role. Starting out in PR at Warner Music, Pippa went on to set up her own photographers’ agency before moving on to work as an art buyer at CHI & Partners with clients such as The Times, Lexus, Toyota, Tiger and British Gas. Most recently Pippa has served as Head of New Business for several production companies including Pretzel, Jelly and Hoi Polloi, working across animation and live action for the last 8 years.

Accomplished in ongoing strategy for new business and a formidable force in developing and expanding relationships with agencies and brands, Pippa also loves nurturing young and new talent and collaborating with agencies to create outstanding content by finding creative solutions for complex campaigns.
