UBIK
Ubik is the combination of two established and award winning animation directors, Stephen Dalton and Nick Losse.
Ubik have directed a multitude of 2D, 3D, Mixed Media and Stop Motion projects lending their multi-talented skills to international agencies including Ogilvy, Grey London, Grey Amsterdam, Wieden + Kennedy and BBH London. Bringing creative solutions to big brands – Flora, Nestle, MTV, laterooms.com, Saga….
In 2007, Ubik beat stiff competition to win the most prestigious award in commercial animation, the coveted British Television Advertising Craft Award for Best Animation in a commercial for their evocative film for MTV , entitled ‘3650’
Ubik went on to create an impressive short, ‘Voxel’, after being invited to participate in the F5 Festival in New York by ‘Motionographer’. The film was a hit and went on to be shown at London Short Film Festival, The Melbourne Film Festival, the Red Stick Animation Festival, Tweak and OneDotZero Festival.
