For Elastic, their years of experience in editorial, visual effects, and animation have culminated in the creation of Elastic. With the support of sister companies, Rock Paper Scissors and a52 VFX, the directors at Elastic are able to tap into the talents and unique resources that have made each company excel.
They collective creative force to be reckoned with, the three members of Elastic are equally formidable individual talents.
British founder, Andy Hall, specialises in animation and mixed media, working with world-class brands such as Honda, Adidas and Nike. Fellow Brit. Patrick Murphy, is a compositing black belt, whose regularly worked with top names including Adidas, Comcast, and McGarry Bowen on the launch of Droid, he has confirmed his reputation for extraordinary visuals and master of seamless combinations of live action and CG and finally the third Musketeer is Angus “Oscar” Wall the now Academy award winning editor (for Social Network 2011 and Girl with Dragon Tattoo 2012) who when not directing works out of sister company, Rock, Paper, Scissors. Angus has collaborated with entertainment giant HBO and leading creative agency Wieden+Kennedy on various projects, also winning Emmy awards for titles for Nike, Miller and Game of Thrones.

ANDY HALL – ANIMATION DIRECTOR
Andy Hall comes with an extensive background in animation and visual effects, Andy Hall’s directorial work continues to be informed and inspired by his understanding and love of the art of storytelling. As a founding member and director at Elastic, as well as head of 3D at a52, Andy has the unique ability to lead teams of artists, while continuing to develop the characters and storylines that he brings to life.
He takes great care to gain insight into the strategy behind his clients’ work to bring more conceptual thinking to the production process, elevating the creative past the execution level and into strategic and thought provoking campaigns. Andy has directed projects for Nike, Honda, Adidas, and Starbucks, receiving recognition from the One Show Design Awards for Nike “Spider,” and numerous awards for The Newport Beach Film Festival Opener.
in 2012, Andy took top honors in the Advertising/Promotional Film category, at the Annecy International Film Festival, for his work on the American Red Cross Holiday Campaign for BBDO. Andy is currently developing his first animated short titled “Passing By.”
